Summary

This policy is an overarching document intended to provide the background for all other Safeguarding documentations produced by the Pan Berkshire Policies & Procedures subgroup. The policy is regularly reviewed and monitored by the subgroup.

Changes to the policy will be considered by the subgroup (and subject to endorsement by relevant Safeguarding Adults Boards) on completion of requests made using the policies and procedures amendment form
